CHEF NICK ARCURI
Nick has over 25 years of hospitality industry experience including 10 years as a practicing Sports Registered Dietitian and Director of Team Nutrition/Head Chef with the St. Louis Rams, Memphis Grizzlies, Boston Celtics, Miami Heat and The Unrivaled League. Nick has left his mark in the NBA after creating from scratch both a Championship winning Dietetic and Culinary program for the Boston Celtics as well as the Memphis Grizzlies. After his 11th season in professional sports Nick has invested fully into CustomFit Chef, a Registered Dietitian created, comprehensive meal plan, catering and private chef service specializing in fueling the world's best athletes.
Nick's foundational experiences include Degrees from the University of Miami, the French Culinary Institute (now known as the Institute of Culinary Education) and Johnson & Wales University. As well as internships with the Denver Broncos and experience cooking in celebrity chef restaurants including Scott Connant’s Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, Emeril Lagasses’s Miami Beach, Alain Ducasse’s Benoit in New York City, and Abigail Kirsch in Tarrytown, New York.
